4. Reports Over Time

fmReportsOverTime - Reports Over Time Section

Store Manager offers you Reports over time that provides you some graphics based on report data. They help you to analyze your results faster and easier. 

To access Reports over time list select Reports -> Reports over time using either Main Menu or left-side bar.

You can choose to get any of the following Custom Reports:

  • Sales Over Time
  • Number of Orders
  • Number of Products Sold
  • Sales Per Category
  • Average Order
  • Number of New Customers
  • Customers Who didn't Buy Anything
  • Number of Returning Customers
  • Number of New and Returning Customers
  • Number of Coupons Used
  • Amount of Coupons Used
  • Number of Sales Per Country
  • Orders Per Manufacturer
  • Products Per Manufacturer
  • Product Sales

Sales Over Time

You can specify some period of time before generating the Sales Over Time report. This report helps you to analyze your orders per customers with real time graphical integration. So, you can use graphics that are based on report data to analyze its results. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report. Sales Over Time report shows you order Id, date/time, customer name and orders' total. It's useful to analyze customers orders sorted by order Id to see the general statistics of your sales.

Number of Orders

You can specify some period of time before generating the Number of Orders report. Number of Orders report shows you total number of orders per customer. In this way you'll be able to see the loyalty of your customers. Basing on this analysis you'll be able to develop your own loyalty program. You can use graphics that are based on report data to analyze its results. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report.

Number of Products Sold

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. Number of Products Sold report allows you to make personalized sales analysis. You'll see the total amount of products sold to each of your customers, the date of the order(s) and total sum of money spend per customer. Number of Products Sold report helps you to analyze customers orders totals. To analyze your results faster Store Manager offers you some graphics that are based on report data. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report.

Sales Per Category

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. Sales Per Category report shows you the quantity of items sold per category and their totals. Basing on such results you'll see which categories are bestsellers and which are not in curtain time period or ever. You can use graphics that are based on report data to analyze its results. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report.

Average Order

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. Average Order per customer helps you to find out the Average sum of money that your customers spend at your store. Also you'll see such totals as orders per day and total sales per day for each customer separately. You can use graphics that are based on report data to analyze its results. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report.

Number of New Customers

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. Number of New Customers report gives you information about your new customers per selected time period. You'll see such info: customers' e-mail, first name, last name, company and date registered. With its help you'll be able to trace how much new customers were registered for example in last month, or in previous ones. You can use graphics that are based on report data to analyze its results. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report.

Customers Who didn't Buy Anything

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. Customers Who didn't Buy Anything report gives you information about your new customers who have registered but didn't buy anything in some reason. You'll see such info as: customers' e-mail, first name, last name, company and date registered. They are your target group, whom you can ask in future what was the reason why they haven't ordered anything yet and what do you have to add or change at your store to make them your loyal customers. You can use graphics that are based on report data to analyze its results. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report.

Number of Returning Customers

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. Number of Returning Customers report shows you the list of your loyal customers who made two or more orders at your store. You'll see such info as: customers' e-mail, first name, last name, company, orders count and date registered. With its help you'll be able to trace how much returning customers you have in the specific period of time. You can use graphics that are based on report data to analyze its results. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report.

Number of New and Returning Customers

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. You'll get two separate reports. One lists new customers and the other one - Returning Customers. You'll be able to compare how much of your customers are returning. While analyzing new and returning customers, you'll be able to develop your marketing policy to attract your customers make them loyal. For your convenience you can use graphics that displays report results. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report.

Number of Coupons Used

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. You'll see the list of coupons used by your customers and total coupons used. Coupons are used to increase sales and traffic at your store. While analyzing your profits and marketing policy, it will be quite useful to compare how often your customers use coupons. You can use graphics that are based on report data to analyze its results. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report.

Amount of Coupons Used

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. You'll see the amount of discount used by your customers, and total sum of discount. So you'll see how large is the total sum of the discount in general, and per customer. You'll be able to compare the amount of the discount and your total sales per selected period of time. Number of Sales Per Country

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. Number of Sales Per Country report is useful for multinational stores. Orders Per Manufacturer

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. Orders Per Manufacturer report shows you the list of Manufacturers and total orders per day. You'll see which of your manufacturer brings you the largest orders. You'll be able to analyze and to widen the range of goods per manufacturer that brings large orders and to promote others. You can use graphics that are based on report data to analyze its results. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report.

Products Per Manufacturer

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. You'll see the list of Manufacturers per day and the quantity of items sold. You'll see which of your product per each manufacturer is the bestseller. You can use graphics that are based on report data to analyze its results. You'll see only the latest data, as graphics are updated each time you generate the report.

Product Sales

You can generate this report using some specific period of time. Product Sales report shows you: the list of products, total of orders per product and general amount of items sold within selected period of time. You'll be able to build your marketing strategy basing on this report. You'll see which product brings more profits/cash-flow to your store.
